A passionate HR practitioner; Masters’ degree holder in HR with over 28 years of work experience. Prasad has held leadership positions in Human Resources functions with Multinational and local organisations during his 24 years of living and working in the UAE.
After the successful corporate stint, he turned entrepreneur assisting clients in transforming the way Talent is recruited, developed and retained. As a part of the Search and Selection practice, he leads Talent Search for up to CXO level roles, across continents and a wide spectrum of Industries. Prasad is currently developing a specialty Global Talent Search Practice in the Renewable Energy industry. He is an active Executive Committee Member of business forums and non-profit foundations of varied interests.
