To generate customer leads from assigned marketplace & engage with all stakeholders to ensure sales targets are achieved.

MBA – Marketing

ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Plan sales visits/ calls keeping in line with monthly / quarterly & annual targets. If required will need to make telecalls and cold calls.
  • Segment wise plan & effective strategy execution

Sales Tracking & Productivity Management

  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly tracking & reporting of sales activity & MIS generation

Knowledge Development

  • Take initiatives to upskill on product & sales operation skills with an aim to grow beyond your current role.
  • MS Excel Knowledge a must.

Tech Savvy

  • Has ability to understand basic technology tools used in organizations & has an appetite to learn new technology & its adoption

Communication

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers & able to convey ideas, thoughts in an effective manner. Has good listening skills to understand others completely.
  • Ability to articulate technology in simple human language.
  • Fluency in English must, Hindi necessary.
  • Bengali for East; Marathi for Maharashtra preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Good product knowledge & ability to effectively pitch to various university affiliated institutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement (Sales Numbers & Revenue).
  • Effective team player in the organization who plays a constructive role.
  • Displays positivity in all actions- with all stakeholders.
  • Use & ownership of Two-wheeler preferred.
